These Terms and Conditions govern the access and reservation of tours, activities, and travel experiences through Tourmania across Türkiye and the historic Silk Road destinations. By creating an account or completing any booking, you explicitly agree to these binding terms.
All listed rates are transparent and include mandatory local taxes. Bookings are processed in supported global currencies via our certified Stripe payment infrastructure. Upon authorization, an official Tourmania voucher containing departure details and meeting points is immediately dispatched to your email address.
Travel plans change, which is why Tourmania provides a standard 24-hour cancellation guarantee. If you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour start time, you receive a complete 100% refund without penalty, credited back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Cancellations within 24 hours or traveler no-shows are non-refundable.
Travelers are required to arrive punctually at designated meeting points. When entering active religious or cultural monuments (such as mosques in Istanbul or historical madrasas in Samarkand and Bukhara), participants must respect local dress standards. Travelers must observe all safety instructions given by local tour leaders.
All experiences featured on Tourmania are conducted by officially licensed tour operators and accredited professional guides possessing valid regional tourism credentials and passenger safety compliance.
If an outdoor activity (such as Cappadocia hot air balloon flights or boat tours) is cancelled by authorities due to adverse meteorological conditions, travelers are offered either a seamless reschedule to the next available date or a prompt 100% refund.
Tourmania exercises high diligence in auditing all regional partners. Tourmania is not liable for personal items misplaced or damaged during tours. We strongly advise international travelers to carry comprehensive travel health insurance.
